I have a total of 3 of these journals and the special editions have been my absolute favorite in terms of quality, size, and price! Will continue to get these journals when possible!

I just completed the Istoria Magic Academy Potions Purple journal and loved it! I was introduced to the The Hero's Journal by some facebook ads initially and decided to try the free download sample pages initially. I loved them enough that I bought one of each storyline during the Black Friday sale (and a sidequest deck to boot!) I find they help me keep my overall goals in sight as well as help me acknowledge what is reasonable to accomplish in a day (I tend to plan on accomplishing more than I possibly can and then beat myself up for now completing everything.) Personally, the way I approach the coloring is to assign colors to different things in the picture based on things that happened in my day, which gives me another outlet to process my day as well as to relax while coloring! It also means that I could hypothetically do the same journals over and over and never get bored! I'd still like to see one more storyline (high seas adventure, anyone?) but I'm loving the current offerings! On to the Galaxy of Istoria!

I love this journal it's helping me keep up with my goals short term and long term. I love the artwork and story!

This is my third order from The Hero’s Journal. I can’t imagine using anything else at this point. I love that they aren’t dated! I use it for weekly goal setting, but it could be used daily or monthly just as easily. And if I have a week where I don’t make much progress, or other things get in the way (getting sick or even taking a vacation ), I just pick up when I can. There’s plenty of space for notes, and I just love them!
Vanessa
I love the journal and to have the coloring pages with mindfulness every day makes it feel like a journey! My journal has been a tremendous help for me personally!

Amazing concept and product

My boyfriend (and a few Instagram ads) introduced me to THJ. I initially got one as a gift for him, then after seeing how much he enjoyed it, I got one too. I think they are absolutely worth their price! The quality is fantastic, the color options are gorgeous, and the design and layout of these ingenious books is amazing. I've always struggled to stay motivated to keep up on journaling, but this journal takes away a lot of the pressures and expectations of keeping a record of my life and instead turns the focus to setting and working towards goals, and then turns that journey into a story. 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ , , etc.

This is my 2nd hero's journal, and I'm absolutely in love with both of these styles!! It's the only journal I've ever enjoyed using and actually stuck with.
Christopher D.
I stumbled across The Hero's Journal through ads on Facebook early last week when I was stuck at home with the flu. The first ad led me to Google more information and look at videos on YouTube to see just what this journal was about. I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase one just yet, but the feeling kept nagging at me. I am so glad that I broke down and ordered one! It came at the end of last week and on Saturday, I sat down to complete my first page. I colored in every bit of that page, write down my gratitudes, and made my goal for the day. While I admit I have only completed the one page so far, I really like this version of a journal! I think it will keep me motivated to break down my goal (or quest) into manageable chunks and keep track of my progress daily. Thank you for making such a fun and magical journal!

I’m on a journey to improve my mental health. So far following the story has kept my attention and focused it into intention. I like that I can enter a date into the journal because sometimes I’ve forgotten about journals in the past and seeing that I have “skipped” days made me feel disappointed in myself. So far, this journal has made me comfortable in my small progress. I’m excited to see where I end up in 3 months.
Susan W.
I love the undated format and the uncolored pages. I got Legend of Istoria 2 yrs ago and a lot changed in that time. I moved 4 times, got my minor, started a career change and new job, got a dog. Journals and planners have always been rough for me, but Hero's Journal is so nice! I make time to plan my day in the morning, then I journal in the evenings and color in the pages which is sooooo relaxing. I'm really excited to start this new quest and see where it takes me
Leonie P.
I haven't had it for very long but it's good quality and looks very nice. It's almost a shame to write about it. I'm really excited to try it out. I've already painted a little. Only the delivery was a bit long but that's due to my country :)
Tracey W.
I bought The Lot and gave part of a friend for Christmas - I kept the Istoria Magic Academy collection. I've just begun the journal today, setting a quest intention and thinking through the first daily spread and setting out steps. Loving it, loving the story framework for my goal/quest, loving the creativity and fun. The habit-tracker bookmark was an unexpected bonus that I'm looking forward to experimenting with. And the notebook trio is fabulous and so very necessary - all quests need a log! My sidequest deck was backordered, so no comment on that, but it sounded fun.
Merril C.
I love these journals! They help me track my week as well as my goals. I actually have two Magic Academy journals. The first is an older edition with ISBN ending in 9088, which I use for work, and the second is a newer edition with ISBN ending in 9203, which I use for my creative endeavors. Though I love both journals, two things I miss from the the older edition are the hours listed below date section as well as the Self-Study pages.
Shelby W.
This is the journal I have needed all along! It’s helpful and it’s fun! The quality is amazing. Definitely worth the price.
Melissa H.
I love my Istoria Magic Academy Journal. It’s perfect to motivate me and help keep track of my habits. My goals are to be more adventurous and put myself out there more and it’s great seeing my progress unfold and to have a journal that keeps me accountable by breaking my goal into small steps.
The only thing I wish this journal had was the end of chapter check-ins. It has reflections but doesn’t have the check off traits at the end of each chapter which was a let down. The PDF version does have the check mark boxes of traits, so I’m not sure why the physical copy does not.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy another despite my minor disappointment. I also enjoy coloring the pages when I have the time to do so (mostly on weekends). It’s relaxing and a great way to keep myself completing new habits.
Zain O.
Autistic inertia and pathological demand avoidance have met their match with this epic journal/day planner/habit tracker. Very helpful in organizing life down to the minutiae and fun while doing it.
Greg G.
I’ve tried a number of planners in the past and always gave up on them. The heroes Journal actually motivates you to fill it in every single day. The daily prompts are helping me build a routine and cementing new habits. I actually look forward to filling it in everyday. It’s a scheduler and a journal all in one. For fun, grab yourself some colored pencils and feel free to color in some of the great images throughout the book.

Hello!
I am using the magic academy journal for health challenges, diet and exercise. These are pretty tough, because I mostly like to sit and read, and I Love cookies and chocolate. Also Diet Coke.
I love the journals and hope to buy more for my kids for a holiday gift.
Thanks! Carol
George
Just great journals. I have bought a lot of them. And of course I will buy more.
Elizabeth J.
This is my second Hero's Journal.
The first journal was Legend of Istoria. That took me 9 months to get through. When I purchased that journal, I also used a weekly paper planner with a place for three monthly goals. I liked using that planner to plan my day/week/month/year and meals/grocery lists while using the journal to reflect on my day.
With this journal, I have been completing an entry each day which puts me on track to complete it in 3 months. I enjoy the storylines and there have been some days when the quotes ("Why do you go away? So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. - Terry Pratchett) came up at the exactly right time (having to move back in with my parents after moving to a different state, feeling frustrated that I took a job that pays better but is a step back from the direction I wanted to go with my career).
Cali
I have used the hero’s journal for about a year and a half and this is my second one. I have loved these journals and the magic academy has been amazing so far, I love the guided questions in the beginning and the artwork. Also Having an option to skip days has been transformative for my journaling habits, before I would feel shame skipping days and now I don’t and I find I journal more consistently than ever. coloring on the days I feel stressed and have time is very good self care for me. Overall amazing product, I can’t recommend it enough.
Michael
Gorgeous, well made and a great way to keep priorities straight
Jake
This is the first one I’m starting with and I love the weekly check after every 7 days tracked
Lisa G.
I really love these journals. I've always been someone with a lot of goals and being able to put them in this journal and map out the progress I'm making, reflecting after each chapter and after each act, has been extremely helpful. It makes me identify that there's actual progress being made. I'm always excited for the next act, and now, the next quest!
Inessa S.
This might be the best goals journal I’ve ever owned. I love how creative it is and I didn’t think I’d love coloring the pages as much as I do. Filling out this journal is the best part of my daily routine.
Chad
Super neat story-oriented journal that's made to focus on a specific goal ("quest").
Packaging is A1 too!
Love it
Nichole
The new IMA Spellbound edition is gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice.
It was well packaged and everything I ordered arrived safe and sound.
I am so happy with this order.
Hanna
This is great for helping me collect my thoughts and write down what I need to do
Cassandra
This is so adorable.
Breanna P.
I love this edition so much. The original magic academy was good but I struggled finding the motivation. This however has an expanded starting section that has done wonders!
James D.
As a gift for my spouse, the journal was a big hit. She enjoys writing in it and it brings some fun and whimsy to goal-keeping. The book itself is high quality too. It won't take her long to fill it.
Gwendolyn W.
I saw it advertised on Facebook and wanted to give it a try since I love writing and journals. It looks fun and interactive. I feel it would help me become a better writer and inspire me to set goals to publish my own works and help me develop good habits. A bit expensive, but the quality is worth it.
Christina
This is such a fun spin on planing your life out I love it and ive only used 2 pages

My friend and I traded journals near December, and started our adventures. Right before mine arrived, I ended up going on a real life adventure at a local rehab, and spent four months there! My parents, on Christmas, brought the new journal out to me, and wow it has been such a help and a blessing to have along the way. Due to my circumstances, the journal came alive in a unique way, and was a lovely companion as I worked towards recovery. You guys are amazing, your products are amazing, 10/10!

Very helpful helpome chhooothe right one

The quality of this journal is really impressive. It's just so beautifully made, it inspires me to open it and use it! You just never know what you're going to actually get, when you order something online and this journal far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
Derek
It’s spectacular. An intriguing way to experience your story.
Rowan M.
I absolutely love these journals, I am almost finished with my first one and just got my next journal so I can keep the quest going! These are beautiful, fun, well constructed, and super helpful for keeping my daily routine organized while working on my various quests in life.
Aside from the great layout and functionality, I really appreciate that they are undated! As someone with chronic health issues who is out of commission for unexpected stretches of time I love that I can pause my quest until I’m able to continue.
I’m so glad to have finally found a way to keep track of my progress that not only works for me but also is so fun and unique!
Heather P.
I hate journalling, but as a holistic health practitioner I ask my clients to journal. I have to walk the walk, and finally I found a journal that fits me. As a long time gamer and lover of all things sci-fi and fantasy, I feel I'm writing my story, and it can be condensed and not some long arduous diary. I'm buying the rest of the journals because I've decided to journal for the next 9 months as a gift to myself!
Jordan F.
I remember seeing these and thinking “Oh, these look cool,” so I bought the Wildwood Green journal. I just finished it last week then thought “I’ve really enjoyed this,” so now I’m continuing my quest through the Mystic Blue. I’m pretty busy in grad school so I don’t have a whole lot of time on hand, but this has been really helpful for that. Not that I don’t enjoy work and classes, but this has made completing assignments and such a dual purpose activity and given it an extra spark. When I do my daily entries and record my accomplishments and tasks, I’m usually thinking about making sure I complete them to increase my stats - it’s like a fun mini solo game of DND. I try to treat it as a campaign with some easier and hard tasks each day so I don’t always achieve every “seize the day” tasks I put down, but writing them down is still super helpful for me to keep thinking about them throughout the day and then fun/rewarding when I do complete my goals which in turn generally helps me stay on top of work. I would definitely recommend these to any of my friends - it’s fun!
Candace R.
I fell in love with the idea of the side quest decks and went to purchase them only to truly fall for the Journals. Initially undecided about How to use them, I followed the quiz for a recommendation and then took to heart the emails from Mentor after placing my order. I began planning before the beautiful journal arrived with the guidance suggested and am ecstatic to undertake my new adventure!
Maria H.
I accidentally entered my street number wrong so my journal was returned by USPS. Hero's Journal immediately sent me a new one even before the received the returned one!
I love having a bit more structure to my journal and being able to incorporate goals rather than just free writing. I used to be a big free-writing journal person, but in the last few years that just hasn't appealed to me. I have struggled to keep a habit with a blank page. Having more structure and the whimsical drawings, gives me that much more motivation to keep up the habits I'm building!
Harley W.
I'm live writing in it and coloring in pages and I was never really into journal but with this it makes it fun.
Heather W.
I have never had good experience with long form planners. And while I have many daily reflection journals, thinking critically about how you feel during the day requires more time and energy than I am often willing to put out. I love that reflection sections are spaced out every 7 days. It gives me more flexibility to do those. I like this journal's format because I am definitely more of a 'wing it' person. And It gives me enough versatility to change plans day to day. Whereas with planners, things I 'plan' to do never actually happen on the day of. In addition I also love the page setup where the notes section and the sidequest area can really be whatever you want (personally i switched them. Notes is sidequests and vice versa) Remembering what I'm grateful for is good too! :)
The only downside I have right now is that the linen cover attracts pet hair like mad. My journal is half furry now. And it's too much effort to get off. But that's okay. It's a small nitpick for a great journal.
In addition, I don't like perceiving people as threats to my goal. For example, my goal is to get better grades this semester. While my family is of course overall supportive of this, day to day they are only a source of distraction. Constantly homework is interrupted for them. However I don't feel good putting them down as a threat just because of that. They want me to succeed. So I rarely use people as threats to my goal. I usually add them as a sidequest like 'spend time with x' instead. Because they are important and should not be neglected.
For someone as burnt out, perfectionistic, hates rigidity, and scatter brained as me. Having an epic quest to go on has actually been useful! I've dependably eaten all my frogs and have adored using it! Great product! Will definitely buy more.
David L.
The Hero’s Journal and Sidequest cards have literally saved my marriage. Without deciding to get into these products I’m not sure I would have been able to sort out the messes in my head and stop from making a critical error that would have cost me everything.
I now look forward to continuing many more journeys with these products and maintaining focus on the important things in life because of them.
Terra D.
Before I received The Hero’s Journal I used my own Bullet Journal that I designed, but this takes the time out of drawing each layout and The Hero’s Journal is much more exciting to use.

Cant wait to get started!
Caden K.
Look it have bought 3 of them. Keep them coming.
Carlos L.
Excellent product!
Aria
It's so beautiful in person.
Zerina F.
High quality journal! I love how each page is designed as a different day on your adventure! (Not showing it in the photos because I don't want to spoil it for anyone) the added bookmark is really nice too! On the other side (not shown) it has a habit tracker.
Julia S.
I feel much more organized! I no longer have a lot of random lists I can't find. I love the artwork! I don't always have time to color it, but it's neat!
Ismael A.
I have a hard time sticking to planers mainly because I get discharged when I skip a day and have to flip through empty pages because of that slip. I love that the pages don’t have dates on them and I can pick up where I left off. Not to mention the motivation I get from checking off my goals for the day! It’s a great journal all around and I can’t wait to see what other products emerge.
Miriam B.
The journal is gorgeous and will really help me take things in do-able chunks until I reach my goal. I really like that I get to dictate how often I use it by entering the dates myself. I know I'll be able to look back and see how much I've accomplished.
Aimee C.
I love my journal more than I thought I would! I fell in love with this company a long time ago but wasn’t able to make a purchase for financial reasons until now. I’m SO glad I have this journal! Something about having a physical journal really helps me focus in on what matters to me. I’ve used digital journals/planners for a couple years now but this one is definitely my favorite. I got the digital combo and enjoyed using it on my iPad before the physical one arrived. Now I exclusively use my physical copy. The theme is right down my alley and I’ve been coloring in it daily. It’s been such a blessing to my inner child. It helps me make better choices in other areas too. I really love how encouraging and uplifting it is without being overwhelmingly lengthy on the review/reflect questions (the long essay-style questionnaires I’ve had in other journals tend to burn me out after a few weeks).
Great quality book and shipping was way faster than I expected it to be. I even got compliments from someone when I pulled the journal out of my purse! I’ve also enjoyed the emails I get from the company. The mentor letters are so encouraging and kind.
Overall, so happy I got this journal! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys journaling or wants to give it a try that also enjoys fantasy, creativity, and fun.
Jennifer F.
This gave me motivation to start journaling again. I never expected the sheer amount of art and storytelling that this journal has to offer.
Sarah C.
I bought this journal for the new year because I was having trouble tracking my goal to lose weight. I think it’s perfect and I love the idea of having it be a quest. Almost like a video game! I love it. I got the magic academy journal and I love how every day is a new page designed as a flip book. It’s a very clever idea and I almost wish they had a volume 2 of magic academy to act as a second year so I can continue my quest.
Spenser V.
1) What were you using to plan and track your goals before The Hero's Journal?
I had sticky notes, reminders, and a small notepad to keep track of things. Not the most organized or functional thing in the world but I tried. I've had planners on my phone, computer, and physical ones but over time it gets to be generic and the same old same old.
2) What made you willing to try us out?
Honestly, it was my husband who stumbled upon your page on Instagram, he mentioned it to me and I looked into it, took the quiz, and really wanted the journal (Istria magic academy potions purple) it looked so cool and the reviews were amazing, I and see why after having both digital and physical copy! It was a gift and now I want to get my sibling one too, I'm sure they'd love this! It's so cute, the story that goes with it is great and the anxiety of having to write every day is gone with more work-at-your-own-pace setting, I'm big into coloring so having that ability has created a very relaxing atmosphere for me to relax after work or just in general. I honestly can't wait to see what kind of person I become after finishing it and then starting over with a new journal!
3) Have you enjoyed your experience with us?
I've had a wonderful experience, and the quality and dedication to this journal are beyond words, I'll be buying again soon. You have been by far the most detailed oriented small business for journals that I've seen.
Brenda F.
I NEEDED this journal. I was diagnosed with a rare disorder that left me paralyzed. Thankfully it was treatable, but my mental health took a dive. This journal has been helping me with my recovery journey. Can't wait to order more!
Jordyn C.
I did not realize how introspective the start of the journal was, but I still love it. I've been able to make a concrete goal instead of dealing with vague thoughts of 'I should do this some time'.
Ashley S.
I'm SO excited to have this whole trilogy! I saw the sneak peak for the one with dinosaurs and am ecstatic to see that too. I began my journey with the Istoria Magic Academy and love it so far. It really helped me to set my goals but also keep up with my quest. I successfully completed day one today. :) I've always loved stories through books, tabletop games and RPG video games, so this is a special treat to behold.
Sincerely,
Ashley

Same as the adventurer.

Greetings fellow Hero’s…
It all started with the side quests. Each deck has a different theme (Magic, Medieval and then Outer space). Like many, I have been overwhelmed and have been procrastinating lately and thought the cards may help break up the “Same old, Same old”. Then I noticed the journals and since my online journal wasn’t working for me, I would give them a try. Just like the side quest card decks, the journals also have the same themes. I thought it might be a better way to keep track of my “Quests”.
Theta R.
I have used the Hero’s Journal Legend of Istoria and am in the middle of Istoria Magic Academy pdfs and love them. I like how they feel non-judgmental and have the flexibility to fit into any need I have for the day be it journaling, lists, notes, or a bit of everything. I bought hard copies of each adventure, but they are so beautiful, I bought another set to use… My plan is to use one of the hard copies when I finish the pdf.
Rebecca B.
My daughter in law loves it. My son loves the green journal as well. They are both excited about the side quest cards. They are excited about starting to use them.
Daniel A.
I'm so glad I finally committed to starting this journey! I had seen quite a few ads for the Hero's Journal and decided to get myself a journal. I never really had a good way to set goals and keep track of them before. I loved the idea behind the Hero's Journal and I'm excited to continue the journey. Thank you so much for making this journal and look forward to new quests and adventures ahead.
Margaret G.
I bought it for a Hannukah present for my daughter. I have enjoyed the emails and might buy one myself!
Aelish H.
This is my fourth Hero's Journal. I really like the structure it gives my projects. The paper is thick enough for a fountain pen. I love that the black and white images can basically act as a coloring book, which is calming and adds a personal touch to the journal. I love the heft and feel of the book. Very dramatic.
:)
Deborah D.
I tried journaling so many times but quickly stopped. Staring at a blank page was uninspiring. I was also afraid that someone would read it and know my deepest thoughts and fears. With Hero's Journal, I am guided on my quest for self development through preprinted templates. Coloring stills my overactive mind and allows thoughts and inspiration to come forward. I can give people in my life fictitious names, so I don't have to worry if someone reads my journal. I create monsters to symbolize the hard things to overcome so I can write about the battles. I look forward to daily journaling now!
Megan B.
I am thus far very content with my product. This product was a joy to open and even from the packaging, I felt more motivated to get started. The images are beautiful and colouring them has been stress relieving. When it comes to colouring the journal, I would avoid colouring in Sharpies as they bleed through the paper, flare pens are pretty good, they don’t bleed through that much. The bleed through is faint. I live outside the USA and they were able to ship here. I like this product and would recommend it for someone who is unmotivated and needs that boost to get started on a goal. I also love that they are a small business and support small business is great!
Sarah H.
I love that this journal makes you feel like the hero of your story. I was using a planner before, and while it had goals, it didn't have the reflections on my day that this one does. It is fun, and helps with my mental health.
Katie K.
I purchased all three to see which of the three themes my friends would like the most.
These are going to make great Christmas just in time for 2023.
Meagan
It's really effective in giving your life some magic to help you do self care
Ariel W.
I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression due to my physical disability. I previously tried blank lined journals and bullet journals which I could never get into the habit of using. I came across an Instagram ad for hero's journal and looked into it more. I love the fantasy basis for the journals and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did, the journal gives me inspiration and a goal to work towards. I also love that you can color the pages. I look forward to my journey!
Paige
I love the story and pictures. It’s a fun way to journal, I look forward to it.
Jessica G.
I ordered this journal to help keep me accountable and for a fun way to do it. I love the art and the motivation in the introduction. I will definitely order another when this one is filled up. My picture doesn't do it justice, I ordered the purple (which honestly is my least favorite color) and it's so vibrant!
Alexandra
It was wonderful as personal and for gift purposes
Jennifer
I love it. It is helping me develop better outlooks on life and manage my personal goals.
Anna G.
My life is a bit of a mess and I have seen ads for hero’s journal many times. I love planners and bullet journals but I get bored or distracted and forget. I work full time, and am a bonus mom/guardian to 7 boys from ages 3 - 16. I needed something to help me focus on daily tasks and personal improvement. The journals I bought were for me and one of my boys (13yr old). I love the art work and the concept of making my own story. There’s enough space for my to do list. Daily tasks & tracking my workouts. I couldn’t be happier and my boy spends time in his journal before bed instead of being on his phone which I think it’s a huge win! As the other kids get older I’m sure I’ll being buying more journals for them!
Keana
Got these for me and my boyfriend, they came quickly in perfect condition and were totally worth itbb
Danielle B.
I recently came across this journal from a close friend and I have to say it's pretty epic! Not only is it self-paced and formated but it's therapeutic in so many ways! Love it!
Orry B.
It's a beautiful journal and I love it. I actually purchased it to use as my 2023 Planner, so it'll take some adjusting on my part to make it work, but really like this! Would love to see a 52 week planner version this time next year when I'm in the market again for a journal.
Alejandra J.
I have been looking for something that helps me organize my life and to tackle difficulties with some extra imagination. This is everything I was looking for. Just thinking about my theme and north star has given me so much light as now I see clearer what my personal goal has been all this time. I love how much love and quality is in to this journal. Can't wait to see where this adventure takes me. Thank you!
Vanessa L.
I love the adventure, pictures, and details of this book! I like that it guides you gently and changes every page. I don’t journal everyday like I would like to but I’m working my way up to that! I’m planning on ordering the others too because of how much I love this one!
Ashleigh Q.
This is absolutely brilliant, motivational and fun!!! I have struggled to journal but really desired to. From the presentation of the box, quality of pages and binding this product is exceptional. It is made in such a way to bring out your inner child. I want to journal and accomplish my quests!! I also chose to use pens to color and saw others note about bleed through. With any paper book the best pens to use are .3-.4mm. I haven’t had any issues on mine and thought would be helpful for others who mentioned. The paper quality is very good and quality of entire journal is worth every penny. I can also tell the passion, love and countless hours that went into the characters and design. Thank you so much for designing this!!! It truly has helped me in a very hard time. My husband even wants one now and he doesn’t journal lol. Can’t wait for the quest cards to come back in stock!
Arianna F.
I already had filled one journal (the hero journal) and I personally loved using that journal, and I’m excited to start this new adventure. Maybe it’s the artist in me, but I just LOVE using something that LOOKS really good.
Jaime G.
This journal is amazing and I highly recommend it!
Samantha G.
Really enjoyed the story so far my 5yr son and I love coloring the pictures.
Abigail B.
After deciding that Happy Planner is too customizable I started looking for a planner/journal hybrid with a bullet journal feel. The Hero's Journal is so fun! Questing is much more interesting than "working on a goal"
Pen test has some shadow and ridging.
Francisco M.
I actually ordered this item for a friend who was going to be working from Argentina for 3 months. She had told me how sometimes she has trouble journaling (which I had in the past as well) until I found The Hero's Journal. The guided journaling has really helped me and I have suggested it to people. It's been a huge blessing in this road to mental health healing I have been on and When I finish my first one will definitely be grabbing myself another one!
John C.
I have two other books and have had an excellent experience with them. I’m a terrible planner and this has really helped.
